POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Program Manager will join bswift’s Operational Excellence team — a high-impact, fast-moving group focused on delivering enterprise-wide initiatives that drive transformative business results. This role goes beyond traditional project management; it is an opportunity to lead high-visibility programs, solve complex challenges, and execute initiatives that move the organization forward.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Senior Program Manager will:
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivering measurable business impact.
Drive high-impact business programs that accelerate growth, improve performance, and strengthen market position.
Partner with leaders across Technology, Operations, Finance, and other business units to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver outcomes that matter.
Oversee cross-functional initiatives that enhance enterprise systems, workflows, and operational capabilities.
Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, status updates, and success metrics to track progress and celebrate wins.
Anticipate and remove roadblocks, escalate appropriately, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Deep benefits administration industry experience is required for this role.
10+ years of program or project management experience in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact.
Demonstrated success in delivering measurable outcomes on high-visibility, high-impact initiatives.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and distill challenges into actionable solutions.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with distributed teams.

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $XX.00-$XX.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
