About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple creative projects across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality. This is a metric-driven role with clear expectations around project delivery, profitability, client satisfaction, and revenue growth across your portfolio.

You’ll work across a mix of ongoing membership accounts, fast-turn creative requests, and larger strategic initiatives. From estimating and scoping new work to planning resources and guiding delivery, you’ll partner closely with clients, designers, and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You’ll develop a strong understanding of your clients’ business, goals, and priorities, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the partnership over time. On larger strategic accounts, you’ll partner with an Account Manager to support the overall account strategy. On other accounts, you’ll own both the day-to-day client relationship and account health.
