We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team. The candidate will manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver game-changer projects that enable StackAdapt to innovate, scale, and achieve its vision for growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead the planning and execution of the organization's most complex, high-visibility programs as a trusted IT/business partner, delivering solutions that fulfill business and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders such as sales, client success, finance, product, and others to ensure alignment and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Leverage a variety of AI assistants (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research, content generation, and day-to-day productivity gains.
  • Drive the design, and delivery of AI automations and AI-enabled projects across the enterprise — championing opportunities to embed AI into workflows, building end-to-end automations, and enabling the ability to measure their impact on productivity, cost, and scale.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, and business stakeholders on RFPs and ROI analysis with third parties.
  • Identify and manage program risks and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation measures are in place across interdependent workstreams.
  • Provide regular, executive-ready updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress, status, and issues of programs under management.
  • Measure program performance and lead post-project evaluations to reconcile outcomes to projected business-case ROIs.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Extensive, proven experience delivering complex programs, with a demonstrated track record of leading in an accelerated, value-add manner toward timely, outcomes-based delivery.
  • A senior consultant's ability to enter a new environment, quickly build credibility, and operate autonomously with minimal ramp-up.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while advising on portfolio-level priorities and dependencies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to foster collaboration, unify stakeholders and third parties, and advocate for positive change — including the ability to influence and align senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Experience building and optimizing end-to-end AI automations using a variety of tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Workato) to drive organizational efficiency.
  • Track record of success navigating and assessing a diverse portfolio of SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot) to identify and implement new technologies that drive enterprise scale and maturity.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, and to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Proficiency utilizing project management software such as Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Project.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is strongly preferred.

Engagement details:

  • Contract / temporary consulting engagement, with the possibility of extension based on needs.
  • Remote-first, with flexibility for consultants located anywhere in Canada.
  • Competitive contract rate commensurate with senior consulting experience.
  • Access to StackAdapt's tooling, AI platforms, and programmatic courses and certifications to support the engagement.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture, with the opportunity to shape high-impact programs at a fast-scaling company.
