Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, high-caliber Senior Project Manager to drive execution across the company’s most critical growth and product transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between visionary leadership ideas and high-stakes market execution. You will own the delivery framework for complex, cross-functional projects—such as researching, validating, and launching new services, and transforming our core product to maximize client value. You will act as the rhythm-setter for the organization, establishing structured discovery-and-delivery cycles, unblocking teams, and ensuring agile iteration based on constant market feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Architecture: Take high-level strategic growth directions from leadership and package them into structured, adaptable project frameworks with clear business outcomes.
Discovery & Validation Management: Coordinate and accelerate cross-functional cycles for searching, testing, and validating new services and market hypotheses.
Product Transformation Rhythm: Drive the execution roadmap for product changes, ensuring alignment between research, product development, and client feedback loops.
Agile Roadmap Ownership: Build and maintain flexible, milestone-driven roadmaps; map dependencies and adapt project tracks dynamically based on shifting data and priorities.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Operations) around shared goals, fostering accountability and seamless information flow.
Governance & Visibility: Establish high-level project visibility via dashboards, steering cadences, and concise executive summaries for leadership.

KPIs / Success Metrics
Strategic Milestone Delivery:
% of strategic growth and product initiatives successfully validated and launched on schedule.

Time-to-Market / Validation Velocity: Average cycle time from initial high-level idea to research validation/MVP launch.

Feedback Loop Efficiency: Speed and agility of adjusting project roadmaps based on incoming research and client data.

Process Leadership: Successful adoption of scalable project management frameworks across high-stakes, senior-led initiatives.

Stakeholder Satisfaction: Leadership confidence and minimal executive time required to oversee project progress.

Requirements
  • AI & Emerging Technology Literacy (Must Have): Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-powered product experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating projects involving AI-driven operational transformation, conversational systems, MCP/agent-based architectures, and rapid AI experimentation cycles.
  • Travel & Hospitality Tech Expertise (Strongly Preferred / Ideal): Deep familiarity with travel tech, hotel tech, OTA ecosystems, booking engines, channel managers, distribution infrastructure, or hospitality operations is highly preferred. Experience working on products connected to hotel distribution, direct bookings, guest experience, or operational automation is a major advantage.
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical PM, or Program Manager within fast-growing tech startups, scale-ups, or top-tier digital ecosystems.
  • Strategic Execution Mindset: A rare mix of structured, process-driven thinking and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You love frameworks but understand how to manage rapid iteration and R&D cycles.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing execution without formal line authority over senior team members.
  • Agile & Product Literacy: Strong understanding of modern product discovery techniques, customer research cycles, and agile project management methodologies.
  • Tool & Tech Proficiency: Advanced expertise in scaling workspace structures using project management ecosystems (Notion, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Communication: Exceptional, precise, and crisp communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex, moving project parts into high-level strategic takeaways for executives.

Benefits
  • Fully remote, async-friendly team
  • High ownership and autonomy from day one
  • Chance to build AI-first hospitality infrastructure used globally
  • Competitive compensation + performance incentives
