As one of Microsoft’s most recognized global partners, Quisitive sits at the forefront of cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and the emerging frontier of agentic AI. Here, consultants and technologists operate on the edge of innovation—supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, open collaboration, and technical expertise. If you’re looking for a place where you can innovate, solve complex problems, and build solutions that make a measurable impact, join us.

The role

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer engagements across our consulting and delivery teams. This role is for someone who knows how to bring structure to ambiguity, build trust with senior stakeholders, and keep teams moving forward—without losing sight of the human side of delivery.

You’ll partner closely with enterprise customers, internal delivery leaders, and cross‑functional teams to drive successful outcomes across AI, cloud, data, infrastructure, and application initiatives. If you thrive in client‑facing environments, enjoy solving hard problems, and take pride in delivering work that truly matters, this role is for you.

This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates located in Central or Eastern time zones

  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring enterprise customer engagements move from kickoff through successful completion
  • Partner with customers to establish clear goals, scope, timelines, and success measures—and keep everyone aligned as things evolve
  • Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and momentum
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines, escalating issues early and thoughtfully
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and executive‑level communications with clarity and confidence
  • Adapt delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, blending Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and traditional project planning practices based on customer needs and project complexity
  • Maintain high-quality project and program artifacts, including schedules, RAID logs, stakeholder communications, backlogs, Sprint plans, user stories, tasks, capacity plans, and velocity tracking
  • Continuously look for ways to improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, and the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • 4-6+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-level projects through all phases of delivery, with proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies in a client-facing role
  • Proven experience managing projects across Microsoft AI, cloud, infrastructure, data, and application delivery environments. Demonstrated track record of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in project and engagement management including client interactions beyond scope/schedule/budget communications.  Experience leading teams of 5-12+ members with budgets over $500,000.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise customers, including senior and executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading distributed teams and navigating delivery across time zones
  • Comfortable guiding multiple workstreams, project teams, and smaller customer programs concurrently, including managing interdependencies across up to three projects independently or larger programs with junior PM support
  • A customer‑first mindset with a track record of driving outcomes—not just managing tasks
  • Confidence facilitating difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and managing change
  • Project management and Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM are strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and project delivery platforms, including Teams, Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project
  • Hands-on experience managing Scrum delivery, including building and maintaining backlogs, assigning user stories and tasks within Sprints, planning team capacity, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and using Azure DevOps or Jira to track progress and continuous improvement

What Sets You Apart

  • Consulting experience working directly with enterprise customers
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect delivery decisions to customer value
  • Experience leading Microsoft‑focused delivery initiatives or working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem; especially Enterprise CoPilot Adoption projects.
  • Product owner skills or a CSPO or PSPO certification.
  • A natural coaching mindset helps teams grow while delivering results
