The Senior Project Manager will be part of the Monogram Health Analytics team which are focused on building a high-performance organization that is responsible for all financial, operational, and quality reporting for Monogram Health and its clients, as well as driving analytics discussions in support of our large growth initiatives.
This position will play a crucial role in developing and communicating project roadmaps to business stakeholders, working cross-functionally to manage features and projects across our product portfolio. A successful candidate will have strong presentation skills and executive presence. You will manage the planning, communication, and delivery of high-priority projects with the goal of ensuring timelines and scopes are clear. Given our rapidly changing priorities, it is crucial that you can quickly adapt project plans and roadmaps to meet evolving business needs and provide timely visibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple high-priority projects; align timelines, develop and communicate product roadmaps.
- Craft clear updates, synthesize complexity, and present effectively to different levels of the organization.
- Build and own centralized reporting mechanisms, ensuring project stakeholders/sponsors have timely visibility.
- Collaborate and lead executives, leadership teams, or steering committees to align their long-term and short-term strategic initiatives with our prioritized book of work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
- Ensure dashboard usability, consistency, and alignment with organizational reporting standards.
- Collaborate in the planning, identification, and capacity management of resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead and inspire project teams, provide strategic direction, and drive program success.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of project and/or program management experience.
- Experience in driving operational efficiencies and management of roadmaps and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools (e.g. Azure Dev Ops (ADO), MS PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing momentum.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in healthcare, working with analytics engineering, SQL and PowerBI developers preferred.
