Summary:

 

In this role, you will manage the delivery of Vizient’s Spend Management services by supporting engagement leaders, senior-level executives and team members in successful delivery at Corewell Health. You will conduct and perform financial analyses, analyze large data sets, and present data to drive action and business decisions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Project Management responsibilities, including process design, identification of financial opportunities, financial reporting, auditing, support of initiative implementation, deliverable development and maintenance, training and support on project management tools, and regular interaction with and presentation of results to client governance committees. 

  • Participate in the development and management of a financial improvement workplan in conjunction with the Engagement Leader and Workstream Leads.

  • Monitor budgeted hours, financial improvement goals and timelines, and travel requirements, in accordance with SOW/contract terms.

  • Provide support to the Engagement Leader through data analysis, meeting preparation, research, status report preparation, project planning and coordination, conference call participation, and on-site assessments.

  • Manage projects for analytics requests, including creating data sets and coordinating ad-hoc analyses to address inquiries and resolve anomalies.

  • Analyze line-item data submitted by the client to determine current product usage & cost through data mining, cross-referencing, and pricing application, incorporating contract details, benchmarking and clinical considerations.

  • Produce regular internal reports for Vizient executive leadership showing project progress.

  • Coordinate client relations efforts to ensure client satisfaction with Vizient spend management solutions and services.    

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years minimum work experience required.

  • Demonstrated excellence in project management skills, PMP certification preferred.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products, including intermediate to advanced use of Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint preferred.

  • Experience working in a team environment in a business, education or healthcare setting required.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
