Position Details
This position is 100% remote and an excellent fit for proven talent acquisition professionals who want to move into a consultative solutions company.
This is a full life-cycle recruitment position that requires strategic thinking, business and strategic acumen, and executive presence.
The primary focus of this role is to source and interview talent, ensure that we have a full candidate pipeline, that we are successfully placing top talent, implement and optimize the recruiting process and technology, and to ensure that SecureVision continues to offer an amazing candidate experience. Since this role is client-facing, candidates must have a basic understanding and an interest in account management and customer success.
Experience and Skills Required
- 3-5 + years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- In-house or agency experience
- Experience conducting full life-cycle recruitment
- Expert user of LinkedIn recruiter and strong outbound sourcing experience.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, maintaining clean data and reporting
- Ideally, customer-facing experience.
- Sales and/or account management is nice to have
