Senior Revenue Accountant

The Senior Revenue Accountant will play a critical role in the worldwide Lime controllership. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of Lime’s global accounting processes for revenue-related transactions. You will collaborate with the Engineering, Corporate Technology, and Financial Technology teams to ensure proper revenue recognition processes, and contribute to the financial integrity of the organization. You will also be involved in the implementation of processes and technology transformations to enhance Lime’s day-to-day operations at a global scale.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the end-to-end accounting close process for revenue-related transactions.

• Analyze complex revenue-related transactions and proactively resolve any identified discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue accounting.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and receivables reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to enhance accuracy and safeguard financial integrity.

• Participate in system improvements and process enhancements to streamline accounting operations.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• CPA, or pursuing CPA certification

• 4+ years relevant professional experience, preferably in public accounting and/or with a publicly-traded company

• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and SOX internal control requirements

• Ability to use a variety of software programs and tools to analyze and work with large data sets and accomplish tasks efficiently

• Skilled in problem solving, making decisions, being a self-starter and working effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines
