Requirements
- Design highly reliable services capable of handling significant traffic fluctuations
- Monitor backend performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective optimizations
- Design and develop scalable backend systems, services, and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
Responsibilities
- Over 5 years of software engineering experience with a solid foundation in backend systems
- Proficient in Rust, with deep understanding of Ownership, Lifetime, and safety boundaries; or proficient in C++, able to write robust and efficient code
- Familiar with Tokio / async-std, with experience in asynchronous and multithreaded concurrent programming
- Experience in system-level performance optimization, familiar with caching, memory pools, object reuse, and other optimization techniques
- Familiar with network technologies such as TCP, UDP Multicast, epoll, io_uring
- Familiar with Linux performance tuning including CPU Affinity, isolcpus, IRQ Affinity
- Proficient in using performance analysis and benchmarking tools such as perf, FlameGraph, Cachegrind, Criterion
- Practical experience in deploying software in production environments, proficient with Linux
- Solid educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields

- Experience in high-performance system development and performance optimization with C++ / Rust
- Experience extending production databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience building trading systems (exchange experience preferred) or financial/security constrained systems
