Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Director to coach and inspire a team of Credit Union Account Executives. You will drive revenue, develop sales talent, and shape the future of our Credit Union vertical. We are looking for a leader with who is comfortable in a collaborative environment and understands the Credit Union Industry. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8 Middle Market Credit Union Account Executives responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and expanding existing client relationships in our Credit Union Vertical.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, membership, customer success) to optimize the sales process and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Recruit and train new team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales leadership role.
  • Experience leading and coaching inside sales teams in Financial Services, Fintech, SaaS, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales strategy, set and achieve team quotas, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using sales analytics and CRM tools.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
