About the Role: 

We're seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the continued growth and effectiveness of our sales organization. In this role, you’ll help design and deliver enablement programs that accelerate onboarding, reduce time to ramp, and provide ongoing training for non-technical sales professionals. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and subject matter experts to develop impactful content, tools, and resources that enhance sales performance. We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about enabling sellers, improving productivity and ensuring our sales teams are equipped to succeed as Dragos scales.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop deep knowledge of Dragos solutions and assist in creating sales enablement content, curriculum, and tools.
  • Support the design and delivery of the 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires, including in-person training, e-learning, peer mentorship, and assessments.
  • Coordinate post-onboarding reinforcement programs to ensure retention and application of training concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials, update content, and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain, organize, and archive training content, ensuring resources remain current and accessible.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist with other enablement projects and initiatives as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting sales onboarding and enablement programs using various delivery methods (virtual, in-person, on-demand).
  • Familiarity with common sales processes and roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity.
  • Passion for sales, learning, and enabling others to succeed.

Compensation: 

  • Salary: $115,000
