We are seeking a US-based fractional Sales Engineer to act as our local consultant, responsible for technical sales support and existing customer relationship maintenance across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the local technical point of contact for US industrial customers, respond to product and technical inquiries about valves and fluid control solutions.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, conduct regular customer follow-ups and occasional on-site visits.
- Work closely with the China engineering & sales team to collect customer requirements, support quotation preparation, and assist in technical proposal communication.
- Collect US local market feedback, competitor information and customer demand trends, and share insights with our internal team.
- Support order coordination, resolve routine technical concerns raised by customers during project execution.Requirements
- Resident in the United States, with existing network within US industrial / fluid control / valve / piping industry.
- Background as Sales Engineer or Industrial Technical Sales, familiar with industrial valve, fluid equipment or process piping products. Able to explain product specifications, material selection and technical parameters to end customers.
- Strong B2B customer communication and account management skills. Able to independently manage customer conversations.
- Self-motivated, familiar with independent consultant / manufacturer rep working model. Comfortable working under commission-based partnership.
