TechTorch | U.S. Remote | Full-time

The Opportunity

At TechTorch, we're a bunch of non-conformists who believe the way technology consulting works today is fundamentally broken – and we've set out to redefine it. We combine the speed of a startup with the rigor demanded by the world's most sophisticated clients, delivering AI-powered solutions that create measurable impact across the portfolio of the world’s leading Private Equity Funds.

As we scale, we're looking for a high-impact Senior Sales Executive to own and grow strategic relationships across these segments.

This is a rare opportunity for a proven enterprise seller to operate at the intersection of AI innovation and high-stakes B2B sales with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive net-new revenue by selling TechTorch's AI solutions and consulting services to PE portfolio companies, partner operators, and Fortune 1000 accounts and operational leaders responsible for revenue growth and business transformation.

  • Build and manage a pipeline from prospecting through close, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Revenue Oficers, Revenue Operation Leaders and Sales Operations Executives.

  • Partner closely with PE firms and their operating partners to identify and accelerate portfolio-wide AI adoption and operational improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal delivery and solutions teams to architect compelling, ROI-driven proposals.

  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas

  • Represent TechTorch at industry events, conferences, executive briefings, and customer engagements.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota in technology, AI, consulting services, enterprise software, or business transformation solutions.

  • Demonstrated success selling into PE-backed companies, operating partner networks, Fortune 1000 organizations, or operational leadership teams responsible for driving business performance and transformation initiatives.

  • Deep understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise buying processes.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.

  • Experience selling solutions that drive operational transformation, workflow modernization, revenue growth, process improvement, or enterprise technology adoption.

  • Familiarity working with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-To-Market Operations, commercial leadership, or other cross-functional operational stakeholders is highly desirable.

  • An established network of PE operators, technology buyers, enterprise decision-makers, or operational executives is a strong plus.

  • High business acumen, you understand how AI, automation, data, and workflow transformation create value operationally and financially for large organizations.

  • Self-starter mentality; comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Experience with AI, data, digital transformation, revenue operations technology, CRM ecosystems, workflow automation, or enterprise business applications is a strong plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

  • Highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure — top performers earn significantly above OTE

  • 401(k) with company matching

  • Full benefits package

  • The autonomy to build and own your territory

  • A compelling, differentiated product portfolio at the forefront of enterprise AI
