Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Remote)
About the role
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a key partner to sales leadership across Cision, Brandwatch, PR Newswire and Trajaan. Sitting within the Americas RevOps team, this role turns data into insights, runs the operating cadence, and helps leaders drive actions confidently. Success in this role directly improves forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, seller productivity and revenue predictability.
What you'll do
- Support recurring and ad hoc reporting related to pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the preparation of MBRs, QBRs and ELT readouts for sales leadership.
- Drive data hygiene and governance in Salesforce and connected systems (Salesloft, Power BI).
- Operate core sales processes: account and opportunity assignment, and rules-of-engagement administration.
- Support annual planning: territory carve, quota setting, capacity modelling and ramp assumptions, partnering with FP&A.
- Build and maintain Salesforce/Power BI dashboards that enable self-service for sales leaders.
- Support account hierarchy, ZoomInfo enrichment and whitespace mapping to enable territory carve, ABM, and new business prospecting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Systems and IT on CRM and BI enhancements, including requirements gathering, UAT and rollout.
- Document standard operating procedures and ensure consistent process adoption across the sales teams.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to drive productivity and reduce manual effort.
What you have
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a related analytical role, preferably with experience supporting a SaaS or subscription business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into a clear written and verbal narrative for senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI (or comparable BI tool such as Tableau or Looker).
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-moving, multi-brand, multi-region environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting a global or multi-region sales organization.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies, pipeline analytics and MEDDPICC.
- Knowledge of sales compensation and territory planning processes.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI (or Tableau, Looker).

$78,000—$92,000 CAD
