Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Operations Systems Analyst plays a critical role in owning and optimizing our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems and broader revenue technology stack. This role leads the design, configuration, and day-to-day support of our CPQ solution (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub), and manages its integrations with CRM and other revenue tools. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal to ensure quoting workflows, pricing models, and approval processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned to business strategy.

This is a hybrid role that requires both strategic systems thinking and tactical execution -including resolving issues, implementing enhancements, and evolving our CPQ and CRM capabilities to support growth, improve data quality, and streamline sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

CPQ Ownership & Architecture

  • Own the end-to-end CPQ solution design, configuration, and performance, including product catalog setup, pricing logic, discounting rules, approvals, bundles, and templates.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable CPQ models and rules that support diverse sales motions (e.g., new business, renewals, expansions, services).

  • Maintain and evolve CPQ quote-to-cash workflows in coordination with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk teams.

Systems & Process Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for revenue systems, especially CPQ and CRM (Salesforce), resolving issues quickly and managing user requests via ticketing systems.

  • Manage system integrations across Salesforce, DealHub, billing tools, CLM platforms, and data sources.

  • Support UAT, regression testing, and production deployment of CPQ/CRM enhancements and bug fixes.

Sales Technology & Data Governance

  • Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure system configurations support lead-to-cash processes, sales playbooks, and GTM strategies.

  • Ensure high data integrity across quoting, opportunity, and product objects through proactive validation rules, process automation, and audits.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for CPQ processes, system architecture, and user enablement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement automation and process enhancements to reduce friction in the sales cycle.

  • Analyze quoting behavior and system usage to propose improvements or training.

  • Serve as a key stakeholder in system roadmap planning and tool evaluations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM/CPQ system administration roles.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Apttus, or equivalent).

  • Strong Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience including configuration, reporting, objects, and workflows.

  • Solid understanding of quote-to-cash processes and dependencies with Finance, Legal, and Product functions.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business users.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.

  • CPQ Specialist certification or equivalent hands-on experience with CPQ configuration and modeling.

  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, subscription billing, and renewal workflows.

  • Experience with integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft or middleware platforms.
