Your role

As a Sales Recruiter, you will design and lead proactive recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the geographic footprint you support. Acting as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, you’ll anticipate workforce needs, elevate our employer brand, and deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience aligned with our values and long-term growth strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with business and HR leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning, role requirements, and future capability needs

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and employer branding through sourcing, selection, offer, and onboarding

  • Develop proactive, multi-channel sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching on interview best practices, structured assessments, and bias mitigation

  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience while acting as a strong ambassador for the company and its values

  • Manage offer development and negotiations in partnership with HR and business leadership

  • Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and hiring effectiveness

Your background and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment or executive search experience, ideally within a multi-entity or complex organization

  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders

  • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to guide decisions

  • Passion for inclusive hiring, continuous improvement, and exceptional candidate experiences

How We’ll Support You

Your success starts with comprehensive onboarding, including systems training, hands-on collaboration with team members, and exposure to our sales, supply chain, and quality functions. You’ll gain a clear understanding of our business, our processes, and the strategic role you play in our customers' success.

As a people-first company, you can expect even more:

  • Competitive compensation package

  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • Retirement plan with employer match

  • Unlimited advancement opportunity across a global organization
