How you will contribute

Asure is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Applications team as we continue to modernize our connected, cloud-based technology stack. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments, along with related integrations and analytics. 

You will partner closely with business leaders across sales, operations, finance, and accounting to architect scalable solutions, drive data integrity, and champion Salesforce best practices that enable business growth and operational excellence. This position reports to the Director of Business Applications and will serve as a key technical expert and mentor to other administrators on the team. 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Lead Salesforce Administration & Optimization – Manage and continuously enhance our Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with ERP, Analytics, and FP&A systems. 
  • Strategic Platform Management – Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, configuration, and security; proactively identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement. 
  • Data Governance & Quality – Oversee data integrity initiatives, including data cleansing, validation rules, duplicate management, and governance processes to ensure reliable and actionable business insights. 
  • Process Design & Implementation – Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, document, and deploy process improvements aligned with business goals. 
  • Change Management & Communication – Manage change control processes; clearly communicate updates, conduct impact analysis, and deliver end-user enablement and training. 
  • Project Management & Delivery – Lead and execute Salesforce-related projects from concept to deployment; gather requirements, coordinate with developers, and oversee user acceptance testing. 
  • Mentorship & Leadership – Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing within the Business Applications team. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. 
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required; additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) strongly preferred. 
  • 5–7+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a complex, multi-cloud environment. 
  • Proven success designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that support business growth and efficiency. 
  • Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing, and analytics platforms. 
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce initiatives. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. 
  • Exposure to SaaS, HCM, or other high-growth technology environments preferred. 
  • Experience in a public company environment is a plus. 

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 depending upon level of experience.
