We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who, while capable in full-stack contexts, has a keen interest in front-end development. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact and grow in their career through sophisticated, tailored web solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate custom code and solutions based on functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with system architects, business analysts, and managers to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients.
  • Write clear, concise, and well-documented code, and use source control.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, re-usable solutions, and CI.
  • Proactively research and help drive architecture conversations to support solutioning.
  • Focus on the unique user experience requirements of our clients, building high-quality solutions that visually WOW.
  • Complete development both on and off the Salesforce.com platform adhering to industry best practices.
  • Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
  • Support integrations between various IT platforms.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise application development leveraging Salesforce or equivalent.
  • Experience with GIT source control.
  • A deep understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) and related technologies (XML/JSON).
  • Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and integrate business processes across disparate systems.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience developing for enterprise cloud applications (Salesforce.com is a plus).
  • Salesforce.com or other technology certifications.
