Who You Are
You are a seasoned Salesforce engineer with strong hands-on development experience who is passionate about building scalable, well-architected solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. You excel at translating complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions using Salesforce development frameworks and platform capabilities. You are comfortable supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues across custom code and configurations, and driving continuous improvement through thoughtful design and automation.
You enjoy working across Sales and Service Cloud use cases, partnering closely with business stakeholders to modernize processes, improve data quality, and enable better customer and agent experiences. You are organized, adaptable, and proactive—willing to dive into existing implementations to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how to improve it using Salesforce best practices. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong sense of ownership to everything you build and support.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain a large, multi-tenant Salesforce environment supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including custom development, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Implement and support Salesforce Data Cloud and related data solutions (including Data 360) to improve data visibility, integrity, and activation across systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance integrations, data flows, and overall system reliability.
- Support and optimize AgentForce and agent-facing workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce platform support, including troubleshooting configuration and code-related issues.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business insights and operational decision-making.
- Work closely with the Lead Management, Strategy & Operations team to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze technical requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Coordinate and support the rollout of enhancements to production, including testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Document solutions, technical designs, and development standards; recommend and enforce Salesforce best practices.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience as a senior Salesforce engineer or developer
- Strong Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience supporting and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, customer data platforms, or enterprise data integrations; familiarity with Data 360 concepts strongly preferred
- Experience designing or supporting agent-centric workflows and tooling, including AgentForce
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Salesforce, integrations, and supporting systems
- Experience working in microservices, infrastructure, and DevOps-integrated environments
- Ability to assess and recommend solutions by balancing custom development with vendor or platform-native capabilities
- Experience participating in architectural and design discussions with both business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to document current-state and future-state application architecture and support modernization initiatives
- Experience contributing technical input during requirements gathering, user story grooming, and solution design
- Demonstrated ability to conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices and coding standards
- Strong understanding of enterprise development practices with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Hands-on experience researching, building, and integrating new Salesforce features or major enhancements
- Strong database experience required; MS SQL preferred
- Experience with change management processes and release controls
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Salesforce certifications preferred, including Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Technical Architect.
