We’re looking for an SEO Manager who is deeply passionate about search and how websites are discovered, crawled, rendered, and ranked.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys moving between technical analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work directly with clients, internal strategists, developers, and content teams to improve organic search performance across multiple sites.
What You’ll DoTechnical SEOPerform comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, rendering, internal linking, site architecture)
Conduct log file analysis to understand crawler behavior and identify inefficiencies
Identify and prioritize technical SEO fixes based on impact and effort
Work directly with development teams to support implementation of technical recommendations
Evaluate and monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance metrics
Develop holistic organic search strategies aligned to site structure, content, and authority signals
Identify high-impact organic growth opportunities across technical, content, and authority levers
Analyze competitive search landscapes and identify strategic positioning opportunities
Translate search demand and intent patterns into long-term content and site architecture strategy
Partner with content teams on scalable topic and content ecosystem planning
Support prioritization frameworks for SEO roadmaps across multiple initiatives
Partner with content strategists and writers to improve search performance
Optimize existing content for relevance, structure, and discoverability
Recommend schema and structured data implementations where appropriate
Support development of scalable content strategies (templates, programmatic approaches, etc.)
Leverage automation tools (e.g., AirOps, n8n, or similar platforms) to scale SEO workflows
Help design repeatable processes for research, analysis, and reporting
Identify opportunities to reduce manual SEO work through automation and integrations
Collaborate with technical team members to build or improve internal tooling and dashboards
Contribute ideas for improving internal SEO delivery efficiency through automation
Monitor organic performance across rankings, traffic, crawl metrics, and engagement signals
Build clear reporting and performance summaries for clients
Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
Track and analyze search algorithm changes and industry shifts
Work closely with engineering teams on technical implementations
Partner with content teams on content planning and optimization
Support client conversations with clear, data-backed explanations
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and SEO research initiatives
4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Strong technical SEO foundation (crawl/indexation/rendering/site architecture)
Experience working with Google Search Console, analytics platforms, and SEO toolsets
Experience working with developers and understanding technical implementation constraints
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with large or technically complex websites
Experience with log file analysis
Familiarity with JavaScript SEO concepts
Experience with schema / structured data
Familiarity with SEO automation tools (AirOps, n8n, or similar workflow automation tools)
Basic scripting or data analysis (Python, SQL, or similar)
Experience working across multiple stakeholders or client environments
