Company Operating RhythmAt Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.
Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. About This RoleDeepgram is looking for a strategic Social Media Manager to own our social media presence from end to end. This is a unique opportunity to build a distinct voice in a booming category. This isn’t just about "posting content"—it’s about how the world perceives Deepgram online and driving the Voice AI conversation.
Working directly with Marketing leadership, you'll be responsible for building the Deepgram brand across platforms. You'll own strategy and execution across Deepgram’s social platforms, concept social series (in partnership with DevRel, Product, and the broader Marketing team), write copy, grow our following, and highlight the most innovative applications of voice AI on the market.
What You’ll DoDefine Deepgram’s Social Strategy: Establish the role, tone, and social pillars for Deepgram across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. You’ll decide where we show up, what we create, and how we define success.
Own the Social Calendar: Decide what we post, when we post, and maintain the company’s central social calendar. Ensure social is always in sync with our biggest launches, campaigns, and community milestones. Lead cross-team planning (Marketing, DevRel, Product) to keep the social calendar fresh and make the most of every opportunity.
Develop the Content Engine: Drive social content creation from ideation to publishing. Concept and produce social-first series—specifically video-led formats—that demystify Voice AI and highlight innovative Deepgram use cases.
Craft Compelling Copy: Write clear, sharp, and brand-aligned copy across all platforms. Partner with our executive team to amplify their voices.
Engage the Community: Monitor cultural and industry conversations. You’ll facilitate authentic response to our online community, ensuring Deepgram is a meaningful participant in the AI discourse.
Partner with Influential Voices: Identify and partner with influential voices, advocates, community members, and customers to tell the Deepgram story in new and unexpected ways.
Set the Standard: Set high quality social standards and coach the wider team on social content creation. Recommend content formats, posting strategies, and engagement tactics to maximize reach and impact.
Analyze & Iterate: Define success metrics that tie brand-building to business objectives. You’ll use performance data to refine our creative approach, not just report on it.

*For candidates outside of the US, we use an Employer of Record model in many countries, which means benefits are administered locally and governed by country-specific regulations. Because of this, benefits will differ by region — in some cases international employees receive benefits US employees do not, and vice versa. As we scale, we will continue to evaluate where we can create more alignment, but a 1:1 global benefits structure is not always legally or operationally possible.
