Job Description

Overview:

Verdant’s Software Solutions team develops innovative custom solutions that deliver significant value to our clients. We are looking for a full stack Senior Software Developer to join this team.

Primary Job Duties:

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining and supporting all phases of application life cycles, mentoring other team members, and working collaboratively with our team to design custom solutions.

Required Qualifications:

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities that are required for the Developer (Senior) role.

·        BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience

·        7 or more years hands-on enterprise development experience

·        Software Development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Java, C#, Objective-C and/or Swift

·        Experience architecting and developing large scale enterprise applications

Desired Qualifications:

·        Experience with web UI frameworks like Angular

·        Ability to structure and transform XML (XML, XSLT, XSL-FO)

·        JavaScript (JQuery Experience is Preferred)

·        NHibernate or other Object Relational Framework

·        Ability to create and manage Relational Databases, using DDL and DML

·        Development or Functional Experience with the following Oracle Applications

  •  Oracle Agile PLM for Process
  •  Oracle Agile A9 for Discrete
  •  Oracle E-Business Suite
  •  Oracle BI Publisher
  •  JD Edwards
