We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join one of our growing product teams. You will take a leading role in designing and building high-quality, user-facing features and interfaces that power our platform, with a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, scalability, and user experience. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to make thoughtful decisions around frontend architecture, component design, performance, and maintainability, while collaborating closely with product designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions. You’ll contribute across the stack as needed, but your primary impact will come from elevating the quality, consistency, and scalability of our frontend applications.

What You Will Do

During the First Month:

  • Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
  • Pair with other engineers to learn more about our tech stack, the products we support, and our development standards and processes
  • Familiarize yourself with our automated testing platforms and begin to contribute to our test coverage
  • Collaborate with product team members to implement and ship small features and functionality

Within 3 Months:

  • Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to other engineers
  • Gain exposure to the platform’s underlying infrastructure and deployment processes
  • Understand the high-level architecture of the website and back-end services
  • Begin shipping more complex user-facing code

Within 6 Months:

  • Grow as a contributing member of a product team, providing input and insight to the rest of the team on challenges and feasibility of proposed development
  • Confidently implement new functionality and fix bugs across our stack
  • Partner closely with design and product to shape frontend solutions, proactively identifying UX and technical tradeoffs
  • Work with members of the tech and product teams to distill user stories or business requirements into technical requirements/design

Within 12 Months:

  • Begin identifying areas for improvement in our codebase, researching best practices, and making recommendations to the team on strategies to address them
  • Solidify understanding of the breadth of our tech stack, including underlying infrastructure, internal tools, front end applications, and how they interact with our back-end services
  • Be a subject matter expert for the product team’s areas of responsibility

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience building user-facing applications
  • Strong experience with TypeScript and React, including complex, production-grade frontend applications
  • Experience designing reusable component systems and contributing to shared UI patterns or design systems
  • Solid understanding of modern frontend best practices (state management, performance optimization, accessibility)
  • Experience with Go or strong willingness to ramp up quickly
  • Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred)
  • Experience testing frontend code using unit and integration testing frameworks
  • Experience incorporating AI agents and LLM tooling into daily development workflows
  • Experience using Storybook or similar tools for component-driven development is a plus

Interview Process

Candidate experience is a top priority for our talent and hiring teams.  We believe in providing a transparent, authentic and comprehensive interview process where you have the opportunity to learn about us while we get to know you and your experience.  The interview process is outlined here:

  • Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Partner - 30 minutes

  • Video Interview with Hiring Manager - 45 mins

  • Coding Challenge - must submit within 7 days
  • Coding Challenge Review -  (1 panel, 60 mins, to review take home assignment)

**We are currently recruiting for this role in Argentina and Brazil only.  We will not be considering US based candidates at this time.  All interviews are being held remotely.
