Responsibilities:
- Own Full-Stack Development: Lead the design and implementation of product features across the stack — from backend APIs in Python/Go to modern frontends in Angular (v17+), with a focus on drone and robotics integration.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Take full ownership of projects from architecture to deployment and maintenance, ensuring scalable design, clean code, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Reliability in Production: Proactively support and monitor live systems, using observability tools to maintain performance, detect issues early, and deliver a consistently reliable user experience.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on business goals, share technical insights, and deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions with autonomy and initiative.
Requirements:
- Full Stack Expertise: 5+ years of experience delivering and supporting production-grade software using Python and TypeScript, with solid frontend experience in Angular (v17+) or similar frameworks.
- API & Cloud Systems: Deep experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, with hands-on proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP, plus familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Database & Testing Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar; committed to quality through automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) using tools like Pytest or Jest.
- DevOps & Architecture Mindset: Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and release processes, with an understanding of scalable, modular, and event-driven architectures.
- Sustainable Code Ownership: Strong dedication to software quality through ongoing refactoring, performance tuning, and active reduction of technical debt.
