Design and build innovative solutions, collaborate with teams for customer-centric development, and optimize processes in a fast-moving environment.
How we work:
We value velocity and efficiency through fast iteration cycles. Our lean team doesn’t sit on ceremony – build times, deployments, and meetings are all streamlined so we can deliver the most effective solutions to our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Design, Build and Innovate: Lead and contribute to greenfield projects, develop new features and products from scratch.
- Collaborate Closely: Engineering is a team effort; we produce our best work together. Work closely with our product and support teams to ensure we are solving the right problems
- Customer-Centric Development: Have high empathy for our users, consistently seek feedback and iterate on our products to improve their experience. (We go on-site on with customers to see our software in use first-hand)
- Business-Minded Decision Making: Make daily decisions on when we should invest in more sound architecture, leverage vendors and integrations or cut corners and scope to deliver functionality to our customers.
- Optimize and Deliver: Participate in a lean and fast-moving development process that is consistently iterated and improved upon.
- Report directly to the CTO
What we’re looking for:
- You’re a builder who is energized by delivering real value to customers - and seeing your work actively used in the wild.
- You’re AI-forward. You actively use AI tools to move faster and you’re excited to integrate AI into product workflows where it meaningfully improves outcomes
- You take end-to-end ownership: from understanding a real customer problem, to shaping the solution, to shipping it, and ensuring it succeeds.
- You are a high-caliber full-stack engineer (Senior/Staff/Principal level) with deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web engineering. You’re fluent in core technologies across our stack (see below), and excited to push the boundaries of what great product experiences can be.
- You bring strong architectural judgment - understanding patterns, tradeoffs, and when to apply rigor vs. when to optimize for speed. You can communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teammates, elevating shared understanding.
- You have product sense - the intuition to prioritize what matters, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and ship iteratively without compromising long-term quality.
- You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, adapting approaches quickly as we learn and grow.
- You have a track record of shipping meaningful product in small, high-velocity teams - work you can point to that made a difference for customers.
