You are accountable for developing scalable solutions that balance operational efficiency, carrier engagement, and cost‑to‑serve economics. You will partner closely with Pricing, Procurement, Operations, and Commercial to model costs, define risk exposures, and align solutions to program requirements. In this role you provide subject‑matter expertise on solution requirements, cycle performance, and operational readiness, ensuring solutions are both implementable and value‑accretive. The role plays a critical part in optimizing real‑world performance through continuous cycle monitoring, data‑driven adjustments, and recommending corrective actions to protect service, cost, and trailer turn expectations.

- Provides structured feedback to product and service-line leadership to improve DT solution standards, modeling frameworks, and enablement materials.
Internal/Commercial Enablement
- Serves as a technical SME to commercial, pricing, and capacity teams by explaining solution logic, feasibility criteria, and DT modeling assumptions to support informed decision making across the deal cycle.
- Monitors market and operational trends to ensure solution designs reflect current cost drivers, carrier behaviors, and cycle-performance realities.
- Participate in targeted customer discussions to explain technical solution design, feasibility rationale, and operational requirements when deeper expertise is needed.
