You'll be the technofunctional expert who transforms and maps years of engineering processes and supporting data—Parts, BOMs, CAD files, change orders, quality records, and more—into efficient workflows within the Propel platform leading to optimal UX and healthy adoption.
What You'll Do
Architect and execute large-scale migrations from legacy PLM/PDM/QMS systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, and more) to the Propel platform
Facilitate business process workshops to map, design, and solution legacy process workflows in Propel by leveraging best practices and supported product and platform capabilities.
Lead data mapping sessions to extend Propel data model to support inbound source systems and integration to downstream.

Deliver high-level PLM and QMS business process consulting, influencing strategic decisions across diverse manufacturing industries
Advise customers on integrating Propel with CAD systems (CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo) and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in data mapping and migration best practices and system optimization
Use Salesforce platform tools and Propel configuration capabilities to architect and optimize solution setup for client needs
Design, develop, and deploy custom components, utilities, and integrations in collaboration with third-party solution providers
Prepare compelling product demos and accurately scope data migration efforts for prospective clients
Contribute to the refinement of Propel's service offerings based on field insights
