Summary:

In this role, you will lead solutions marketing strategy for a premium healthcare consulting and advisory firm, translating complex advisory capabilities into clear, differentiated market propositions that resonate with C-suite clients. You will drive positioning, go-to-market orchestration, and commercial enablement to support revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate brand reputation. You will collaborate closely with consulting, advisory, and shared marketing functions to align strategy with business priorities while influencing senior stakeholders with strong executive presence and business acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the firm’s solutions architecture across advisory services.

  • Develop differentiated positioning grounded in client business outcomes.

  • Translate consulting offerings into compelling value propositions for senior healthcare executives.

  • Identify market opportunities and support development of new offerings aligned to client demand.

  • Design and lead integrated go-to-market strategies for priority solutions.

  • Partner with Practice Leaders and Business Development to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution.

  • Create and deliver executive-ready sales enablement materials and messaging frameworks.

  • Support pursuit strategies for priority accounts and strategic opportunities.

  • Analyze healthcare market dynamics and maintain competitive intelligence resources.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategy with revenue goals and growth priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or strategic marketing within healthcare or professional services is required.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, including regulatory, reimbursement, and operational dynamics.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with C-suite audiences.

  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and commercial enablement programs.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and leading through influence.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
