Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of corporate communication strategies with content that inspires and engages employees and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
- Support special projects to ensure employees are receiving the right information at the right time.
- Support the firm’s executive leaders through internal communications across multiple channels (i.e., email, intranet stories, newsletters, town halls, presentations, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders and timelines.
- Provide expert proofreading, editing and ensure the consistency of the brand voice in all communications.
- Serve as a strategic communications advisor to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment and support of core strategies and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing.
- 4-6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Proven, comparable experience in the job’s areas of responsibility.
- Excellent written, interpersonal and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content for social media.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative while working well in a group environment.
- Ability to use sound judgment and demonstrate executive presence when working with leaders.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Town Hall a plus.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
