Key Responsibilities: 

  • Secure experiential learning placements at assigned and prospective sites 

  • Manage placements for sites requiring special portals or paper-based applications 

  • Conduct year-round outreach to existing and prospective sites to secure placement opportunities 

  • Initiate real-time requests and communications with new sites to meet learner needs 

  • Maintain communication with current and new sites to ensure partnership satisfaction 

  • Oversee and provide guidance to Specialist II, ensuring proper handling of site requests and learner clearances 

  • Monitor site onboarding and communication requirements, updating shared digital interfaces 

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings 

  • Ensure data integrity within portals, CRM, and other systems 

  • Support pre- and post-semester placement projects 

  • Escalate critical or systemic issues to leadership as necessary 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certification 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in placement coordination or educational operations 

  • Strong communication, customer service, and professional correspondence skills 

  • Experience managing complex or non-standard placement processes 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and placement portals
