We’re looking for a passionate storyteller with a strategic, business-oriented mindset and the superpower of connecting monday.com’s vision to clear, compelling and inspiring narratives that drive the company's growth.

As Storytelling Lead in the product marketing group, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape how monday shows up in front of hundreds of thousands of customers – through our core product and platform narratives and across the key moments where we tell our story, partnering closely with C-level, Product Marketing, Product, GTM and Sales leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant expereince
  • Passion for storytelling and a strong track record of turning complex ideas into high-impact narratives.
  • Strong experience working with story frameworks and structures, and using them to build clear, compelling narratives.
  • Ability to guide others in building stories – from a rough brief or raw input to a structured narrative with a clear flow.
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and C-level leaders on key presentations or sessions.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring structured planning, cross-team coordination, and smooth end-to-end delivery.
  • Native-level English, both written and spoken.

Who you are

  • You have a naturally customer-centric mindset and break complex topics into a clear story – audience, problem, tension and outcome.
  • You look for the throughline that connects different stories and touchpoints into one coherent picture.
  • You’re comfortable working with leadership, giving feedback, and helping sharpen messages.
  • You enjoy helping others tell better stories and giving them simple structures and frameworks to work with.
  • You’re a strong collaborator with a low ego: you love listening, understanding what people have in mind and what they’re trying to say, and you enjoy the challenge of turning that into a great story.
