Opportunity

Come be a part of the TPN strategy team – shaking up cocktails and capturing sales with our industry-leading alc/bev client. You’ll develop best in class trade marketing programs that focus on the on-premise and off-premise channels that are critical to our client’s business. What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary strategic resource for account/creative teams for owned brands, inclusive of yearly planning and day-to-day requests.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of assigned businesses/brands including consumer/shopper demographics, psychographics and media.
  • Support strategy lead with research and larger planning requests by providing strong data and insights via syndicated resources, client-provided data, etc.
  • Partner with Commerce Intelligence (CI) team, asking the right questions of the data to then tell a data-driven story built on business growth.
  • Conduct and analyze primary and secondary research to inform communication strategies. Resourceful in finding secondary research.
  • Think from a path-to-purchase perspective, focused on the shopper journey and key behaviors and points of interception.
  • Develop strong client relationship, earning trust and building rapport as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Assume a key role in developing creative and strategic briefs.
  • Understanding and application of the shopper journey into our strategic output.
  • Develop constructive relationships with cross-functional agency and client teams.
  • Understanding and practical application of methods and techniques needed for qualitative and quantitative research and analytics.
Who you are:
  • Highly curious and intellectually engaged.
  • An exceptional communicator with strong presentation abilities.
  • Analytically minded with strong analytical skills.
  • A collaborative player who can also manage priorities independently.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a changing, dynamic environment.
  • Strong time-management and active listening skills.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative.

 Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in strategy development and planning roles, preferably in a commerce/shopper-focused capacity.
