  • Innovation & Competitive Analysis: Monitor both the “Supply-side” and "Demand-side" ecosystems to identify limits in choices and control, proposing bold new Smart Supply solutions that reclaim power for the marketer.

  • The Experience: 5+ years of deep experience in programmatic strategy, supply-side management, or digital media architecture, ideally with a background in strategy.

  • Technical Ecosystem Mastery: An expert-level understanding of the digital media supply chain, including hands-on proficiency with major DSPs, SSPs, and the mechanics of ads.txt and SupplyChain Objects.

  • The "Navigator" Mindset: A proven ability to look 1–3 years ahead, translating complex technical shifts into clear, actionable business strategies for internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborative Power: A natural ability to work cross-functionally with high-performing sales and media teams, acting as the "strategic engine" that powers success.

  • Data Translation Skills: Exceptional capability in managing data and turning supply path DNA into persuasive narratives that drive buy-in.
