Drive SS Capabilities: Lead new SS capabilities and offering ideation through collaboration with Planning and AdOps based on major SSP (e.g., PubMatic, Index Exchange, OpenX) opportunities, strategically leveraging available supply side signals and integrations.
Productization Support: Support the Product team in developing Supply Path Optimization (SPO) frameworks that leverage Smart Supply’s AI to filter inventory at the source, reducing CPM costs and eliminating unqualified traffic before spend occurs.
Growth & Planning Synergy: Collaborate heavily with the Growth team to shape high-level proposals and with the Planning team to architect custom packages tailored to specific audience moments or outcome-based KPIs.
Market Horizon Scanning: Act as a subject matter expert on industry shifts to proactively develop "Points of View" (POVs) that guide our internal offering & product roadmap.
Strategic Intelligence Lead: Use market intelligence to provide the "blueprint" for how our Elevate technology should be deployed across client verticals and objectives.
Innovation & Competitive Analysis: Monitor both the “Supply-side” and "Demand-side" ecosystems to identify limits in choices and control, proposing bold new Smart Supply solutions that reclaim power for the marketer.
The Experience: 5+ years of deep experience in programmatic strategy, supply-side management, or digital media architecture, ideally with a background in strategy.
Technical Ecosystem Mastery: An expert-level understanding of the digital media supply chain, including hands-on proficiency with major DSPs, SSPs, and the mechanics of ads.txt and SupplyChain Objects.
The "Navigator" Mindset: A proven ability to look 1–3 years ahead, translating complex technical shifts into clear, actionable business strategies for internal stakeholders.
Collaborative Power: A natural ability to work cross-functionally with high-performing sales and media teams, acting as the "strategic engine" that powers success.
Data Translation Skills: Exceptional capability in managing data and turning supply path DNA into persuasive narratives that drive buy-in.
