BGB GroupSenior Talent Acquisition Partner, Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

Our Agency

BGB Group is a healthcare communications agency that offers a wide range of services, including advertising, medical education, payer marketing, and consulting services. Known for excellence and professionalism, we’re hired as strategic and creative partners by our biopharmaceutical clients to drive category/brand awareness and growth.

Position Overview

At BGB Group, we don’t just analyze the healthcare landscape, we help shape it. 💡

Our Kx Advisors strategy consulting team partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech organizations to tackle complex commercial challenges - from corporate and franchise strategy to launch readiness, market expansion, pricing, access, and investment decisions. 📈Our Innovation x Intelligence strategy consulting team brings behavioral science and technology together to crack big, thorny questions in healthcare, helping clients unlock smarter, braver strategies that improve the lives of people living with disease. 🚀

We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit the caliber of consultants who thrive in this environment. This is a highly specialized role. You must have direct experience recruiting life sciences strategy consultants - either in-house at a consulting or strategic advisory firm serving pharma, biotech, or medtech clients, OR at an external search firm placing these consultants into advisory environments.

You understand consulting rigor. You know how to assess structured thinking, analytical agility, curiosity, executive presence, and client readiness. You can identify the question-askers - the people who love big, ambiguous problems and don’t stop at the first answer. 🎯

You will serve as a trusted partner to senior consulting leaders, translating business growth priorities into focused, proactive hiring strategies. This is consultative, high-impact recruiting, not transactional talent acquisition. 💼✨

What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for client-facing and revenue-generating strategy consultants.
  • Partner with leaders supporting work that spans brand and portfolio strategy, patient behavior insight, forecasting, launch strategy, pricing and access, and commercial innovation.
  • Build proactive pipelines of consultants who are energized by insight, ambiguity, and solving problems that matter. 🌍
  • Execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to engage high-performing passive talent.
  • Drive structured, high-quality interview processes that assess strategic thinking, analytical depth, and storytelling ability.
  • Use recruiting data and market intelligence to advise stakeholders and refine hiring strategy. 📊
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the curiosity, professionalism, and excellence of our consulting teams. 🌟
  • Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring to attract top talent, with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce ✨
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, including career fairs and industry networking opportunities, to build strong talent pipelines 🎤
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders 📊
  • Stay informed on current trends and tools in talent acquisition, ensuring innovative and effective approaches to finding and engaging candidates 🚀
  • Build and nurture high-touch relationships with qualified candidates, positioning BGB Group as an employer of choice 🌟
  • Provide proactive solutions for hard-to-fill roles by developing targeted outreach campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights 🎯
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, FP&A, and Transformation, to support initiatives that strengthen the organization’s employer brand and talent acquisition efforts 🤝
  • Conduct ongoing market research to recommend innovative sourcing channels and recruitment strategies tailored to BGB Group's unique needs 🔍
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the hiring process, upholding compliance and delivering consistent, high-quality results 📝
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years directly recruiting life sciences strategy consultants (in-house consulting firm or external search firm placing into consulting/advisory environments).
  • Demonstrated success hiring client-facing and revenue-generating consultants.
  • Strong understanding of consulting delivery models and advisory environments.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise and comfort engaging senior, passive candidates.
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and other innovative methods.
Why This Role Matters
  • The people you hire will help guide high-stakes business decisions across the life sciences industry: they are the curious. The analytical. The ambitious. The ones who find joy in cracking hard problems that actually help people. ❤️
  • The strength of our talent directly impacts client outcomes, revenue growth, and our mission to improve the lives of people living with disease.
  • If you are a polished, strategic recruiter who thrives on complexity, quality, and building high-performing consulting teams, we’d welcome the conversation. 🌱
