As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner within our Human Resources team, you will work to advance our Destination of Talent and execute recruiting strategies across the firm. This individual contributor role is responsible for implementing a scalable, high-performance recruiting engine that supports rapid growth, evolving service lines, and leadership continuity. Partnering closely with executive leadership, practice area leaders, and HR, this role translates business strategy into proactive hiring plans, disciplined recruiting execution, and sustainable talent pipelines.

This role needs a combination of expertise, leadership, mentoring skills, and business acumen to deliver value to our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting practice. This is a remote position that can work from anywhere within the United States. 

What you’ll do at SN: 
  • Lead recruiting across a diverse portfolio of professional services roles, creating an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Partner with practice leaders to translate business goals into actionable hiring plans that support SN’s Destination of Talent.
  • Build and maintain forward-looking talent pipelines using market insights, sourcing strategies, and industry networks.
  • Drive recruiting processes, metrics, and systems that scale with the firm’s growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on role design, compensation positioning, market trends, and timing.
  • Contribute strategically across HR priorities and collaborate to ensure seamless execution of recruiting processes as the firm navigates growth and evolving priorities.
 What it takes to be a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: 
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience in professional services (CPA, consulting, or advisory firms).
  • Experienced recruiting across multiple service lines or complex roles.
  • Business-savvy, with a strong understanding of utilization, revenue drivers, and service-line economics.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented, and performance-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to design and execute scalable recruiting strategies that attract top talent. 
The hiring process: (OPTIONAL) 
  • Stage 1 (Preliminary Screening Call) with a member of our recruitment team 
  • Stage 2 (Extended Interview) with the People Operations and HR Administrator
  • Stage 3 (Hiring Manager Interview) with the Chief of Human Resources
  • Stage 4 (Peer Interview) with the People Business Partner
  • Stage 5 (Offer)

Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $100,000 - $120,000 with eligibility in the firm's performance-based bonus program. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual’s skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography.
