This role isn’t just about filling seats—it’s about shaping the future of our organization by bringing in the right people at the right time. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, drive innovative recruitment strategies, and be a trusted advisor in all things talent.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage

  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to design effective hiring strategies and deliver talent solutions aligned to business goals

  • Build and nurture strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality candidates using innovative sourcing techniques

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on market trends, competitor intel, and best practices

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Docebo’s culture and values

  • Lead efforts to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to drive data-informed decisions

  • Mentor and support junior recruiters within the team, sharing expertise and fostering growth

What You Bring
  • 6+ years of in-house, high-volume Talent Acquisition experience (prior agency experience is advantageous)

  • Previous experience in SaaS/Tech organizations

  • Proven success in scaling organizations and partnering with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong experience in technical and product recruitment (engineers, product managers, design, UX, UI, etc)

  • Strong experience in GTM recruitment, as well as marketing

  • Experience recruiting in the Greater Toronto Market to bring market insights to the team as we grow our Toronto presence

  • Deep sourcing expertise across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, niche communities)

  • Solid knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment metrics, experience with Ashby is a plus

  • A consultative approach, with the ability to influence and coach hiring managers at all levels

  • Strong project management and organizational skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • AI Adopter who is using AI in their work and open to innovation in hiring using AI to augment the human experience

  • A passion for people, active problem-solving, and delivering measurable impact
