This role serves as the bridge between Corporate Security, Real Estate, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure security platforms deliver measurable business value while supporting operational excellence, compliance, and risk reduction.

- Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps for Corporate Security technology platforms
- Partner with security leadership to identify strategic opportunities that improve safety, operational efficiency, and risk management
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and modernization initiatives
- Define product vision, objectives, key results, and success metrics
Product Management & Delivery
- Own and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, operational impact, risk reduction, and technical feasibility
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories for engineering and implementation teams
- Manage trade-offs between user experience, security requirements, cost, operational supportability, and technical constraints
- Partner with technology teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities
- Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Security Management OR 4+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technology Delivery
- 3+ years of experience managing technology products, roadmaps, and Agile delivery teams
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- 2+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to influence decisions across business and technology organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Corporate Security, Physical Security, Real Estate Technology, Risk Intelligence, or Security Operations environments
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud-based technologies, and integration architectures
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and data analytics solutions within security operations
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and technology budgets
- Knowledge of:
