About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager who can translate complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling, customer-facing content and experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has built deep technical credibility through hands-on customer-facing roles in cybersecurity — such as Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or similar — and is passionate about helping customers understand and adopt technical solutions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create technical content, enable customer conversations, and represent the voice of the practitioner in go-to-market efforts. You should be equally comfortable writing technical whitepapers, presenting live demos, hosting webinars, or briefing executive stakeholders.
What You’ll DoCreate and deliver high-quality technical marketing content including:
Solution briefs
Technical blogs
Product documentation support
Webinars and presentations
Demo scripts and customer enablement materials
Competitive and technical positioning assets
Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap, and customer use cases
Support Sales and Customer Success teams with technical messaging, enablement, and customer-facing presentations
Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-relevant messaging for both technical and executive audiences
Represent the company externally through webinars, customer meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry events
Gather customer feedback and field insights to help influence product strategy and positioning
Help drive technical thought leadership initiatives and contribute to the company’s presence in the cybersecurity community
5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry
Background in customer-facing technical roles such as:
Solutions Engineer
Sales Engineer
Technical Account Manager
Technical Support Engineer
Customer Success Engineer
Security Consultant
Similar technical practitioner roles
Proven experience regularly creating customer-facing technical content and presentations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way
Passion for cybersecurity and sharing technical insights with customers and the broader community
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
Experience in Product Marketing or Technical Marketing within a cybersecurity company
Familiarity with modern cybersecurity domains such as:
Cloud security
Identity and access management
Endpoint security
Threat detection and response
Security operations
Zero Trust architectures
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, platforms, or operational environments
Experience creating webinars, demos, or speaking at industry events
