The Senior Technology Partner Manager – Partners & Hyperscalers is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth through Temenos' strategic ecosystem of Global System Integrators (GSIs), consulting firms, technology partners, cloud hyperscalers, and regional implementation partners.

Reporting to the Global SVP of Partner Ecosystem (or Regional Managing Director), the role will develop and execute partner-led go-to-market strategies that drive new business acquisition, SaaS growth, cloud transformation opportunities, and expansion across existing clients.

This individual will serve as the executive sponsor for key partner relationships and work cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Cloud, Marketing, Professional Services, and Partner Management to generate pipeline and close high-value opportunities.

The role requires a commercially astute leader with deep experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, banking technology, and indirect sales models.

OPPORTUNITIESStrategic Partner Growth
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for partner-driven revenue growth.
  • Build and scale Temenos' ecosystem with GSIs, consulting partners, cloud providers, and regional implementation specialists.
  • Identify new routes to market and partner-led growth opportunities across target geographies and banking segments.
Hyperscaler Development
  • Develop executive relationships with Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud leadership teams.
  • Align Temenos banking solutions with hyperscaler cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Build joint business plans that accelerate market penetration and SaaS adoption.
Revenue Creation
  • Drive partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-sold revenue opportunities.
  • Create joint account plans with strategic partners and regional sales teams.
  • Increase pipeline quality, velocity, and conversion through coordinated selling motions.
Strategic Market Expansion
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Expand Temenos' presence within digital banking, cloud modernization and AI-driven transformation programmes.
  • Develop innovative commercial models that unlock new sources of recurring revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIESPartner Ecosystem Strategy
  • Develop and execute a global or regional partner growth plan aligned with Temenos strategic objectives.
  • Establish annual revenue targets, pipeline goals, and joint business plans for priority partners.
  • Lead executive governance and quarterly business reviews with strategic partners.
  • Drive partner segmentation, prioritization, and investment decisions.
Hyperscaler Alliance Leadership
  • Build executive-level relationships with Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud stakeholders.
  • Drive co-selling, co-marketing and joint solution development initiatives.
  • Position Temenos as the preferred banking platform within hyperscaler financial services strategies.
  • Support cloud migration and SaaS growth initiatives across existing and prospective clients.
Business Development
  • Identify, qualify and develop partner-led sales opportunities.
  • Expand Temenos' footprint through partner referral, influence and resell channels.
  • Support complex deal pursuits and act as executive sponsor on strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal teams to maximise win rates and partnership effectiveness.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
  • Deliver partner-generated pipeline and Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets.
  • Monitor forecasting accuracy and partner performance metrics.
  • Ensure strong governance across partner opportunities and account planning.
  • Maintain executive visibility of commercial progress and strategic initiatives.
Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management and Cloud teams.
  • Influence senior executives both internally and within partner organisations.
  • Represent Temenos at industry events, partner forums and executive customer engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on ecosystem-led transformation strategies.
SKILLSExperience
  • 12+ years' experience in enterprise software, banking technology, cloud services, ecosystem sales or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
  • Experience working with global consulting firms, GSIs and hyperscaler ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud transformation and financial services technology.
Commercial Excellence
  • Demonstrated success building partner-led pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen including contract negotiations, business cases and financial modelling.
  • Experience driving recurring revenue growth and SaaS adoption.
Leadership
  • Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers across multiple organisations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and matrix management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate vision into measurable commercial outcomes.
Technology Knowledge
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, SaaS delivery models, banking platforms, APIs and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends within banking and financial services.
