Position Summary - Managing and Leading Manual and Automation Testing team.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
• Experience of Automation Testing tool - Selenium with Java, Jenkin & GitHub/GitBash
• Automation Testing knowledge - creating framework (Hybrid/ TDD/ BDD), writing test scripts, preparing test plans, estimation & Execution.
• Requirement analysis
• Testing knowledge - writing manual test cases, scenarios, preparing test plans, estimation
• Experience in Testing Methodologies- Waterfall / Agile / DevOps / Test/ Behavior driven development
• Database knowledge - SQL
• Testing (functional, Integration, System, UAT, Regression),
• Defect Management - experience in JIRA / Test Complete / QTest
• Exposure in Mainframe, Web based, Linux & Cloud based applications
• Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business requirements to define technical and process documents.
• Collaborate with QA tester to develop Test Plan
• Requirement analysis & ambiguity review
• Support in estimation
• Create Automation framework, test Script & test Data creation
• Execute Automation test scripts
• Create manual test scenarios / test cases
• Execute test cases
• Logging Defects and maintain the Defect Management
• Test Reporting
• Risk & mitigation planning
• Support during post release review
• Experience in SDLC & STLC
Should be able to work independently without supervision; any previous experience to demonstrate this will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preferably Graduate in Computer Applications / Computer Science with 3+ years relevant experience
Experience- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Automation Testing (Selenium with Java)
