Job Location: Hybrid role out of the Riverwoods, IL office. 3-4 days required in office per week.
Schedule: Standard 40 hour work week, 8a-5p or 7a-4p CST
A Senior Treasury Analyst manages a company’s cash, investments, and financial risk while providing strategic insights and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash and Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash positions using online capabilities with bank such as Chase, Bank of America, and BMO (Harris), ensure adequate liquidity, execute wire transfers, and manage bank accounts including openings, closings, and KYC documentation.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports for senior management.
- Treasury Operations: Maintain treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, ERP, FISERV integrations), automate processes like ACH reimbursements.
- Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to FBAR, and internal control policies, participate in audits, and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership and Projects: Lead or support treasury-related projects and provide guidance on treasury issues and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA) are a plus.
- Experience: Typically 5+ years in treasury with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in forecasting, treasury management systems, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Certifications (Preferred): CTP, CPA, CFA, CMA, FRM, or other relevant financial certifications.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, and investment strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience in multinational or global organizations is advantageous.

Compensation:
$78,400.00 - $136,950.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
