About The Role & Team

We are looking for a Lead Treasury Associate to serve as the primary lead for our daily liquidity and cash management operations. As a key contributor to our finance team, you will collaborate across the organization to optimize processes, implement automation, and ensure the firm's financial stability. The ideal candidate is a purposeful, self-directed professional with a strong background in treasury operations and the technical proficiency to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment. In This Role, You Will

• Liquidity & Transaction Management:  

• • Manage daily cash positions across multiple entities; optimize liquidity across all bank, brokerage, and investment accounts to meet operational needs and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements. 

• • Oversee and authorize high-value wire transfers, complex settlement activities, and high-volume ACH and debit card transaction flows, ensuring rigorous accuracy and transparency. 

• Process Controls & Cash Flow Insights:  

• • Manage the automated reconciliation of cash activities to the general ledger; ensure all balances align with counterparties and serve as the lead point of escalation for investigating and resolving complex discrepancies. 

• • Perform variance analysis on cash flow forecasts and translate data into actionable insights for finance leadership. 

• Process Optimization & Team Mentorship:  

• • Proactively identify inefficiencies in cash management and spearhead the implementation of automated solutions. 

• • Provide guidance and technical support to junior treasury staff to ensure departmental consistency and growth. 

• Audit & Compliance Lead:  

• • Serve as primary treasury liaison for internal, external and regulatory examinations, ensuring all documentation, and processes flows meet or exceed firm standards

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, or related field. 

• Advance analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently. 

• Automation-driven mindset with a track record of implementing products, processes, and system enhancements. 

What Makes You Stand Out

• CPA License (certified public accountant)
• Background in retail brokerage is advantageous
• Public Accounting/Audit Background.

This role is based in our St. Pete office (200 Carillon Pkwy, St. Petersburg, FL), where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $75,000 - 90,000 (Associate level) or $90,000-115,000 (Senior Associate level) annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
