  • Expert-level proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights is essential, as is the ability to create and maintain scalable design systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial, along with experience collaborating in agile development environments and a solid understanding of front-end development capabilities and constraints.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Have an interest in marketing, social media, e-commerce, or photo and video content creation
  • A solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to facilitate effective collaboration with engineers is a plus
Benefits and Perks:
  • Work-Life Balance
  • Flexible work from home policy
  • Generous paid leave and holidays
  • Personalized career planning sessions
