Essential Functions

  • Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications aligned with business and user needs.

  • Create wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.

  • Collaborate with IT development teams to translate designs into functional, high-quality digital products.

  • Translate complex business requirements into clear and usable software design solutions.

  • Provide recommendations on best practices, user flow improvements, and current UI/UX trends to enhance product usability and overall experience.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or commensurate work experience required

  • 7 years of experience in software product and user experience design required

  • 3 years of experience with Design software including Figma and other packages required

  • Experience working cross functionally to deliver quality solutions

  • Attention to detail and accuracy required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

  • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.

This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
