The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales assumes a pivotal role in shaping the overarching sales strategy, driving performance excellence, and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals; all while sharpening the sales operations' structure. Establishes and develops process tools and structure to support the sales organization. Oversees goal setting process for the sales organization, using data to measure and monitor progress, identify issues and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, the SVP will collaborate with Nexxen internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate ideas.

What you’ll do:

· Passionately lead a growing sales team of leaders and individual contributors - set goals, monitor performance, provide strategic direction, be a strategic leader and coach

· Drive the entire sales process, leverage your own network, target top prospects, identify solutions, and help negotiate and close deals

· Represent Nexxen in the marketplace, becoming an active brand advocate

· Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and all cross functional internal teams, to ensure alignment and expectations are communicated effectively.

· Join sales executives and leaders on strategic meetings with clients

· Ensure that goals are communicated clearly to sales leaders, and that sales performance is monitored and achieved


What you will bring:

· 15+ years combined experience selling media, and leading successful sales teams

· 4+ years in a sales leadership role in the Adtech space, managing and creating strategy on sales leadership team goals while building a team.

· Strong network in the ad communities with high level relationships across agencies and brands with a high focus on DSP decision makers.

· Previous DSP technology platform experience

· Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, written and presentation skills

· Driven, passionate, and a team player

· Deep understanding of the digital video marketplace is required

* Ability to work hybrid 3 days per week minimum in NYC or Chicago.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role (at the time of posting) will be between $300,000-370,000 with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options
