The Product Manager will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of analytics solutions supporting Structured Finance clients and business stakeholders. This role is responsible for defining and executing the vision for analytics platforms, data products, reporting capabilities, and decision-support tools across structured finance asset classes, including ABS, MBS, ABCP conduits, securitizations, private credit, and related markets.

The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with strong structured finance analytics domain knowledge to translate complex client and business needs into scalable analytics products that drive client value, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy, Design & Planning

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Structured Finance Analytics Solutions.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans through roadmap development, prioritization, dependency management, and execution governance.
  • Partner with ABS, MBS, Specialty Solutions teams, clients, and market participants to identify business needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Lead product discovery and solution design to address client workflows, risk management, reporting, and analytical requirements.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Data, Operations stakeholders around priorities, investments, and delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor offerings, industry developments, and evolving client expectations.

Product Delivery & Solutioning

  • Drive execution of the product roadmap by defining product requirements, client-driven features, and analytical capabilities.
  • Translate complex structured finance business requirements into scalable analytics products, dashboards, data solutions, and workflow tools.
  • Partner with Analytics and Engineering teams to build robust data models, reporting frameworks, visualization capabilities, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Define and deliver analytics use cases including portfolio monitoring, collateral analysis, cash flow forecasting, risk analytics, surveillance, liquidity utilization, benchmarking, and client reporting.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to design scalable, client-centric solutions while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion Agile delivery practices, manage prioritization and release planning, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
  • Establish product success metrics and drive adoption, transparency, scalability, and data quality across analytics solutions.

Stakeholder & Client Leadership

  • Product leadership in strategic client engagements and analytics innovation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across clients, investors, issuers, conduit administrators, risk managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and solution design.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and business outcomes to senior leadership and influence decision-making through data-driven insights and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Expertise
    • Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 
    • 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics Products, Financial Technology, Capital Markets, or related domains.
    • Strong knowledge of Structured Finance products and servicing workflows, including ABS, MBS, ABCP conduits, securitizations, and related asset classes.
    • Demonstrated successful experience building analytics, reporting, data, or workflow solutions for structured finance at scale 
    • Proven track record translating strategy into roadmaps and delivering complex products at scale.
    • Strong expertise in product planning, prioritization, dependency management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
    • Experience partnering with engineering, data, and analytics teams to develop enterprise-grade solutions.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
