At Adcetera, our web team builds and delivers award-winning digital experiences for a broad range of clients. While our primary focus is on B2B websites and applications—built with platforms like Drupal, Webflow, and WordPress—you may also encounter projects using AEM, SharePoint, Sitecore, Salesforce, and others.
Our team is also responsible for site maintenance, feature enhancements, and iterative updates. We collaborate closely with UX, design, digital marketing, motion, and strategy teams to create work that’s reliable, scalable, and thoughtfully crafted—and above all, delights our clients.
What you’ll be doing- Translate custom Figma designs into production-ready websites using Webflow and WordPress; lead custom theme development in Drupal
- Provide accurate estimates for new and existing development initiatives
- Support delivery teams with ad-hoc feature requests, maintenance, and change requests
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers
- Work alongside UX, strategy, and design teams during pre-development planning
- Contribute to sprint demos, functional requirements, issue resolution, and quality assurance
- Occasionally join client calls and training sessions
RequirementsWhat you bring
- 5+ years of web development experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Experience working in PHP-based content management systems including Drupal and WordPress
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with version control (Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite)
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React (preferred), Vue, or Angular
- Strong understanding of design systems and experience working with component libraries
- Solid grasp of best practices for usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation
- Proven experience in Drupal front-end development and custom WordPress theme development
- Comfort working across multiple hosting platforms including Acquia, Platform.sh, AWS, Azure, and WP Engine
- A genuine passion for craftsmanship and pride in delivering polished, user-focused digital products
- An optimistic, solution-oriented attitude, with a willingness to be flexible and accommodate deadlines
- A proactive approach to identifying, preventing, and solving our clients’ challenges with thoughtful and intelligent solutions
- A strong interest in learning new platforms, CMSs, and processes to improve workflows and attract new clients
