The SEO Manager will enhance online presence through effective SEO practices, perform technical audits, develop content strategies, and analyze digital performance using various tools.
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a SEO Manager to join our team in Argentina. Your focus will be enhancing our online presence and contributing to our growth strategies through effective SEO practices. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong foundation in all facets of SEO, with the ability to work independently and under the guidance of Refindable's SEO Director.
The candidate will own client-facing communication in English, and should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Crawl sites using Screaming Frog
- Make technical SEO audits & technical recommendations around web structure, interlinking, canonicalization and/or cannibalization, crawl budget optimization and more.
- Make content strategies aligned with Organic and business goals (around sales / lead acquisition).
- Make content briefs for specific clients
- Make content optimization for specific clients
- Make reports on understanding Organic Performance of a business (both up or downtrends) to later make conclusions / recommendations.
- Be proficient working with Organic Search tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Be proficient using GA4 data to:
- Create personalized reports with Metrics / Dimensions
- Analyze Digital performance (not only Organic) to understand and ideally discover performance opportunities to reach business performance goals.
- Triage and prioritize existing SEO efforts to maximize immediate improvement opportunities and revenue generation.
- Organic Performance benchmarking and competition analysis
- GAP analysis (content, link building and more)
- Candidates should properly use AI/LLMs (to speed up processes / to analyse data that will land in clear insights, not just copying and pasting info)
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Onpage SEO, Content SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Experience in Ecommerce SEO and Shopify SEO will be considered a plus.
- Experience with site migrations, including content and domain transitions, is advantageous
- It is expected to have functional knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO in similar roles (SEO Analyst/Specialist/Manager).
- Doing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) will be considered a plus
- Python / SQL experience will be considered a plus
- Business experience and not only SEO scope will be considered a plus.
