JOB DESCRIPTION:

Search Engine Optimization ManagerRemote - Eastern time

Driven Brands is looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our organization and support our 4,000+ locations in the ever-changing search landscape. This individual contributor role will be responsible for planning and implementing the company's overall SEO strategy to accelerate organic search performance across all search engines. They will work closely with brand partners & development teams to inform SEO and keyword strategies, address content/technical improvements, and create test & learn roadmaps.

How you will Own It:
  • Audit and continuous monitoring and analysis of SEO performance to identify issues, find root causes, and implement a systematic solution

  • Evaluation of both content and technical performance to make recommendations and alterations promptly

  • Identify, document, and manage SEO best practices for website management

  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and work with brand team to optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy

  • Develop SEO KPIs for consistent and comprehensive performance management and reporting across onsite and technical aspects.

What you’ll Bring:
  • Technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience

  • 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level SEO

  • Broad and deep knowledge of marketing technology concepts, practices, and procedures, with experience in retail, QSR, or similar multi-location business segment

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g. Contentful), local listing tools (e.g. Semrush) and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities

  • Design and troubleshooting skills; strong attention to detail and organization

  • Good problem resolution and communications skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask across several projects with competing deadlines

  • Positive attitude and team player

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
